WE’VE ALL GOT CRAZY CAR CONCEPTS IN OUR MINDS; NOW IS THE TIME TO SEE YOUR IDEA BROUGHT TO LIFE IN RENDER FORM

For as long as NZV8 has been running its Concept Corner, we’ve invited the cover car owner from each issue to come up with what they dream of as their next, or perhaps ultimate, build, if money were no object and there were no rules to follow. Over the years, we’ve had some wild and amazing concepts brought to life in render, thanks to the various artists we’ve had the pleasure of working with. However, we realise that not everyone has the means to build a cover car but still might have some crazy ideas flying around in their heads that the world needs to see. So, we’re changing things and opening up Concept Corner to all readers.

Here is how it will work. We know you all have some crazy ideas brewing, and we need you to transfer that information to an email to editor@v8.co.nz. All we really need in the first instance is a simple outline of the concept. Then, if you’re chosen to have Callum bring your concept to life for you, we’ll get in contact and extract all the added info to make sure your concept is totally badass. Of course, once the mag goes to print, you will also have the render to hang in that shed as a bit of motivation to bring your concept to reality.

We’re not looking for some run-of-the-mill car here; we want forward thinking, out of the box, and unique. Maybe it’s a modern-day street freak, a radical ’50s custom, or a five-second street car — whatever it is, don’t let logic or budget stand in your way.
