Kim, 38, dropped 9kg af­ter she be­gan work­ing with trainer Melissa Al­can­tara in 2017, who has her fol­low­ing a ver­sion of the ke­to­genic diet. She sticks to whole, nu­tri­tious foods with a typ­i­cal meal be­ing chicken or fish with ve­g­ies. ‘I want her to eat real food that’s cooked ev­ery day,’ says Melissa of the 159cm star. ‘If it comes out of a box, it’s not go­ing to be good for you. She’s eat­ing well, and she feels good.’
