‘MY NEW BODY PHILOSOPHY’

Kate Moss reveals THE MODEL IS LOVING LIFE AGAIN AFTER DITCHING HER BAD HABITS

She once said, ‘Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.’ But these days, supermodel Kate Moss is done with fad diets and unhealthy vices. ‘I’ve learnt to take care of myself a bit more,’ the 44-year-old recently shared. ‘I do yoga every day. I don’t go out nearly as much. And I take care of my skin, which somehow has held up.’

It’s a big change for the notorious party gal, who spent much of the ’90s spilling out of bars and clubs all over the globe. ‘The bad things I’ve done usually take their toll, and I’ve been quite lucky in that respect,’ Kate spills. ‘But you have to put in the work.’

And work she has! The mum-of-one has cut down on her hard-partying antics and has seemingly rid herself of her self-professed allergy to exercise – now hitting the gym three times a week. ‘I’ve never been a gym bunny or anything like that. I was always, like, “UGH”, it made me feel ill, but now I’ve actually started working out, I’m really quite into it,’ she shared. ‘I worked out for an hour every consecutive day for a couple of weeks and it was enough that I really started to see the benefits, which I’d never really done before. I always thought, “This is agony, I’m not coming back. This is torture.” But this time I just kind of pushed through. I honestly lost an inch off my waist in about 10 days. Now I really enjoy it.’

It’s not just her exercise habits that the businesswoman has changed up. Kate has adopted a more balanced approach to her diet as well. ‘I really enjoy food, proper food, but I do try to eat more healthily than I used to. I think as you get older you have to,’ she admits. ‘I’ve really noticed an improvement since I’ve been more “on it” with food – like eating salads and all that stuff – I never used to really eat salads. And now I’m like, juicing!’

Kate has also reportedly given up the booze in a bid to get healthier, and it’s showing! ‘Kate is like a new woman and a much better version of herself,’ tells a pal. ‘She is focused, professional and glowing with health.’

And the fashion icon hopes that she’s able to set a good example for her teenage daughter Lila Grace, and help her embrace her individuality – especially since the 16-year-old appears to be eyeing off a career in the modelling industry. ‘I was always different, and that’s why I got booked,’ Kate tells. ‘For Lila and her friends, it’s hard because it’s all there on the phone, the Kardashian factor, it’s in their face much more than it was for us. It’s instant inspiration, but also instant judgment. But she has seen me, and I’m not obsessed with myself, so hopefully that will rub off.’
