The granny magnet

Lennox Head (NSW) resident Peter South celebrates his 90th birthday in May, so he thought he’d treat himself to a new motorcycle. Peter is now the proud owner of a new KTM 390 which he rides daily on the bike-friendly roads around his home, which includes a weekly ride with a group of mates that usually covers around 150 km. Peter keeps fit by swimming three times a day and cycling. “The KTM is ideal for boulevard poncing, “says Peter. “I have fitted a street-legal Akrapovic muffler which saves 3 kilos in weight. It looks sensational with its orange wheels and I reckon it’s a real chick magnet, or in my case, a granny magnet!” Brilliant stuff Peter, you’re an inspiration to us all.
