Kersbrook Tiddlers Run

Old Bike Australasia - - RALLY REPORTS ALL BRIT & TIDDLERS - Report and photos Colin Behn

16 February, 2014 – Kersbrook SA

I loaded my 1920 Harley onto my Trailer with all my gear, and head for Kersbrook in the Adelaide Hills. Going past Pelican Plaza I noticed that some of the “young ones” had already started to congregate ready for the run to Kersbrook to meet up for the start of the run proper. By the 9.30 am start time, there was a very interesting line up of different bikes of all ages and sizes around the parking area. On reaching Lyndoch, we all parked across from the Bakery. All the Flat Tank Bikes were parked together, which drew a small but appreciative crowd. The run back was via Cockatoo Valley before returning to Williamstown and then back to Kersbrook. When we arrived at the Kersbrook Oval Clubrooms, all bikes where lined up along the front. We all enjoyed a wonderful 2 course meal, partly financed by our Club, put on by the Kersbrook Ladies. Many thanks to the run organizers and marshals for a wonderful ride on a glorious slightly overcast day, for giving the Club Members the opportunity to run the slower and more fragile Motorcycles.
