Seniors Road Race meeting

- Report Jim Scaysbrook Photos Rob Lewis

10-11 May, 2014 – McNamara Park, Mt Gambier SA

You need to be at least 45 years of age to enter the annual Senior Riders Race Meeting at McNamara Park, but the Mount Gambier Motor Cycle & Light Car Club seem to have no problem attracting entries. The 2.4 km circuit was in top condition for the meeting, with generally fine weather after a damp start. Classes ranged from 43-53 Years in up to 500cc, and over 500cc, to 60 Years and Over, plus the usual capacity classes. A healthy solo entry and eight sidecar crews battled it out for the trophies, and Rob Lewis was there with his Nikon to record the action. Full results are at www.computime.com.au
