Harley buffs will really identify with the topics, with plenty of historic photos, posters and garage-wall art. There are also nice photos of iconic H-D models over the years, and with such a wide variety of contributors, the text has something for (almost) everyone. The usual searching analysis as to the ‘mystique’ of the brand (“How Harley Conquered the World”) is to be found, but I liked the more odd-ball stories, such as the bikes behind the movies The Wild One and Easy Rider, and stories of vintage entertainment such as the old daredevil stunt riders and The Wall of Death.
