This is Boris Mihailovic’s second book – the first “My mother warned me about blokes like me” was published in 2012. This one traces young Boris through numerous job, escapades, fights, drugs, grog, crashes, coppers, and, oh yes…lots of motorcycles. Those who follow his regular column in Australian Motorcycle News will be familiar with his writing style which is witty, irreverent, entertaining, and always confrontational. Boris has carefully cultivated the image of the tattooed, anti-establishment tough guy, who’s fast with his fist and fond of the female form (his regular job involves editing magazines filled with naked women). This may not be for everyone, but it is well put together and funny. Maybe a book for the next long-haul flight.
