Trevor Thomas Day
On September 14, Chris Wood and Sue Holmes, from Sue’s Transport Books, organised a day at the historic Linwood House to honour the late historian Trevor Thomas. Chris Wood wrote, “The Trevor Thomas Big Bike Day featured many of Trevor’s mechanical interests – bikes, micro cars, military, speedway and scooters – on show. On a glorious day the 1891 McCreedie mansion was a delightful venue for the honouring of Trevor’s contribution to Australian motoring. Footage of the day was recorded by the TVS “Classic Restos” program which will be shown at some stage in the future. Thanks to everyone for their assistance in making this day possible.”
