Ex-pat Aussie Alwyn Gill (now resident in Canada) is the man behind WFO Limited Edition Models, and he was kind enough to send this Maico, reproduced with the editor’s racing number 34! Alwyn was formerly a gun short circuit rider on the NSW North Coast but has turned his attention to creating these little gems in recent years. Each model is hand painted and comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. There is also a sheet of miniature stickers from the period so each bike can be “individualised”. No two models, even within the same series, are exactly alike.
