Tri-spark Firebox Pro

As a result of many requests from owners, Tri-spark’s electronics designer Stephen Kelly has produced an electronic ignition system to suit the Honda CB750. Called the Firebox Pro, the new unit solves the problems of low speed running with the original points system, and is easier on the battery and coils, using only one third the power at idle. It also solves the inherent problem of timing fluctuation, and does away with the mechanical advance/retard mechanism. The installation does not involve cutting into the wiring harness, so the bike can be returned to standard if required. The whole system can be tuned via a lap top computer, and variations are already in the pipeline to suit all sorts of fours, twins and singles in 2015.
