Further to my letter which appeared in OBA 49 in which I referred to an ex-Bob Levy sidecar outfit I owned in late 1970’s, I wish to clarify that the handling problems experienced with that outfit were most likely the result of severe accident damage which occurred after Bob’s ownership, and in no way reflects on Bob’s integrity, or the frame building skill of the late Brian Payne.
