Donald

Back on Norton for TT

-

Two-times Isle of Man TT winner Cameron Donald will be back on the factory Norton SG3 for the 2015 TT. As in 2014, when the Norton failed to finish both the Superbike and Senior TT races, the Norton team will be managed by former winner Mick Grant. Norton Motorcycles CEO Stuart Garner praised Donald’s 2014 performance, which Donald described as ‘solid but frustrating’ and said the SG3 should benefit from a year’s development. “It’s a huge ask to build a bike from scratch to compete against the world’s best road racers, the world’s best bikes, at the world’s toughest race.” Unlike 2014, Donald has also been permitted to race in other classes on makes other than Norton.
