Café Moto...

Melbourne’s newest bike venue

-

Officially opened on the Easter long-weekend, Café Moto is the hottest new place for Melbourne’s motorcycle fraternity to meet. On offer is food made from the highest-quality fresh and locally sourced ingredients and top-shelf Melbourne coffee. Inspired by the Café Racer movement, this back-to-basics and imaginative venue offers the motorcycling, scooter and wider community something distinctly different. Located at 611 Nepean Highway, Carrum, the beachside venue is an easy ride from Melbourne and is more than just a café. It’s a destination and will be the new place for Melbournians looking for an outstanding place to meet at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, an area that has great riding roads on offer. Café Moto also has some great collectable bikes on display and stock some of the latest retro and café racer gear in Melbourne. Co-owner Peter Jones says: “Melbourne has been crying out for somewhere in the metro area for riders to meet up for a coffee or meal. Café Moto provides somewhere they can feel welcome, talk bikes, read a mag, check out the bikes on display or just chill in the outside eating area.” For those not in Melbourne, Café Moto has a slick online retail operation so gear can be shipped throughout the country at the click of a button.
