Symmons Plains set for title action
With the Australian Historic Road racing Championships at Symmons Plains on November 17-20 fast approaching, race secretary Kelly Spargo says that entries are coming in thick and fast.
Ron Angel will be bringing his luscious team of classics representing various classes, with a young squad while Rex Wolfenden will be chasing the P5 title with 2016 Barry Sheene Trophy winner Chas Hern in the saddle of his Bimota YB5 and the P5 Harris Honda. Entries close on 24th October so there is still time to get aboard for what promises to be an outstanding meeting on the newly revamped circuit. Fuel will be available at the track but must be pre-ordered. The Tasmanian Motor Cycle Club, promoters of the meeting, have set up a website – www.ahrrc2016.info which has entry forms and supplementary regulations, info on accommodation and ferry bookings, and the fuel order form.
