DENNIS QUINLAN uncovered this wonderful photograph, fortunately with an inscription on the rear. “The first NSW Police Motorcyclist, George McLennan. Born 2/10/1865, son of John Ross McLennan and Jessie (nee McIntyre). George died 6/11/1932, aged 67. He resigned from the Police Force in 1925.”
