The Lichfield men’s jacket from the Merlin Heritage Collection is made from 1.1 – 1.3mm cowhide leather, with an asymmetrical zip closure and quilted fold. It features CE Level 1 Safetech Shoulder and Elbow Armour with rear Armour pocket. There’s a satin black lining, Merlin branded snap studs with antique finish, and quality YKK/Max zippers throughout. Colour options are Black or Oxblood in men’s sizes S (38”) to 4XL (50”) RRP $549.00. A traditional wax cotton offering is the Stafford, a mid-length heritage style jacket in original Scottish Halley Stevensons 8oz Silkwax waxed cotton, with removable Reissa 100% waterproof and breathable membrane. The removable 100g thermal liner features Marton Mills tartan panels, with Italian CE Armour protection in shoulders and elbows. YKK zippers are used throughout with a short jacket-to-jean connecting zip. There are multiple pockets inside and out, with adjustment to hem and cuffs and ventilation panels at chest, sleeves and back with leather trim on the collar.
