Our fea­ture on the in­cred­i­ble res­cue/ restora­tion of the Honda C71Z in OBA 76 un­for­tu­nately suf­fered a tech­ni­cal glitch prior to print­ing which saw a few lines of text dis­ap­pear. This is a RC70F (above), im­ported to USA in 1958 and raced by the fa­mous Pre­ston Petty, who went on to fame as the pro­ducer of plas­tic mud­guards, fuel tanks and side cov­ers as the dirt bike scene ex­ploded.
