Ehret Vincent at Bulli

The AMCA weekend at Bulli, NSW on the 24-25 August 2019 is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever, as this annual antique motorcycle event is turning into a must-do on the enthusiasts’ calendar.

2019 will see the incredible record breaking Jack Ehret Black Lightning Vincent make an appearance – front and centre at the event. This will give enthusiasts a chance to see and hear this mighty machine, as well as hear the story of this amazing motorcycle at one of the many tech talks. There are already many Vincent owners planning to bring their bikes to join this icon and it looks like there will be at least one example of every model from 1928 onwards. The swap meet has been growing each year. As this is an all-bike swap and the only one like this in the Sydney region, it is a unique opportunity on the swappers’ calendar. Another addition to the swap will be a pre-1984 bike market, where enthusiasts can bring their pre-84 bike to sell to a target market, with some thousands of vintage bike enthusiasts attending. This is the perfect place to pass a classic on to a new owner. Preparations for the auction are well under way and will be limited to around 10 bikes in 2019. There are already two very desirable bikes listed and the organisers are looking for a few more prestige machines to add to the inventory. The event is notfor-profit and is solely put on to promote vintage, antique and historic motorcycles, 35 years and older. Make sure it’s in your diary!
