Bristling Bulli
Organisers are hard at work on the 2019 version of the Bulli Antique Motorcycle Weekend on August 24th and 25th. For the third year running the Bulli Antique Motorcycle meet is having a swap meet as front and centre of the activities for the weekend. Swappers are invited to bring their motorcycle, motorcycle parts and motorcycle memorabilia to Bulli for a full weekend swap. For just $50 swappers get a swap site, entry and camping for two people, showers, cash bar, food stalls, and entry to all the activities all weekend. As this is one of the only swaps in the Sydney region, and with thousands through the gate the swappers (including OBA’s Cob Smith) report making double and treble what they would normally make at a swap. There is also under cover areas in case of bad weather. 2019 sees the world record breaking Ehret Vincent making an appearance, and there will be a strong presence from other Vincent owners. This is of course on top of the many other club displays, technical demonstrations, concourse judging, and displays of bikes 35 years and older.
