The Classics Museum in Hamilton will feature 50 special machines from former and current HMCC club members. The Centenary Motorcycle show kicks off on October 24 and runs until November 8. A road trial is also in the pipeline for Saturday the 24th, where the clubs many road riders will vie for the prestigious Dave Connolly Memorial Trophy.

Club road riders get together the following Sunday morning at 9.00am for an informal photo shoot to replicate a 1920 Hood St photograph, all vintage and modern bikes are welcome. Riders then head to the Kaimai Hill lookout where the first mention was made to form a new motorcycle club by a few mates who regularly met there, 100 years ago. Returning to the clubrooms afterwards for refreshments, and lies. There’s still action aplenty

with a MotoTrials demo day at Lake Kimihia Park, near Huntly, on Monday 26th.
