Let’s try again

It was a huge disappointment to all concerned when Sydney’s torrential downpour forced the cancellation of the 2021 OBA Classic Challenge which should have happened at Sydney Motor Sport Park over the weekend of 20/21 March. The Post Classic Racing Association had put in a colossal amount of work and the meeting had attracted a very healthy entry list, but conditions deteriorated to the point that racing simply was not possible. Hopefully, 2022 will be a whole lot different, weather wise, and PCRA has announced that the meeting will take place on 13th and 14th February. Club president Ken Lindsay said following the cancellation this year that at least the race format had been well received by competitors, so that part of the job had already been done for next year.
