More air for the Meteor

Royal Enfield’s all-new Meteor 350 is an excellent machine

(see OBA 94 test), but it can be better. DNA have just released their two-stage improvement for the intake system, comprising a new filter (part number R-RE35N21-01) and a Stage 2 air box cover (product code TC-RE35N21-S2) that replace the originals. As well as vastly enhanced protection for the engine, trapping particles down to 5 microns, there is power and torque to be had. The combination of the DNA filter and cap permits a 99.48% increase in air flow, so the engine stays cleaner and works more efficiently, with noticeably better throttle response.
