Pheasant Wood postponed

To the dismay of so many classic enthusiasts, both motorcycle and car, the All Historic race meeting at the Pheasant Wood circuit at Marulan, near Goulburn, has been postponed. Originally set down for September, the meeting was shifted to November 20/21, but in the end Covid restrictions forced the decision. Circuit manager Scott Hill said that the need to manage entry between vaccinated and unvaccinated patrons became unworkable under the current situation. However, the meeting has been rescheduled for 2022.

“We plan to run on the weekend of 10th/11th September, 2022, exactly one year from our original date, so hopefully by then things will be back to normal”, Scott said. “There will also be a private practice day on Friday 9th September.”

The meeting caters exclusively for the earlier Historic period for both bikes and cars, as was keenly anticipated at this new venue. Now we all have 12 months to get the machinery in tip-top shape. We’ll bring you developments as they come to hand.
