Z650RS coming soon

Kawasaki’s newest retro-styled model, the LAMS-approved Z650RS, will be in Australia before the end of the year. It’s the latest in the line up to utilise the twin cylinder engine that powers the Ninja, Z Supernaked, Versys and Vulcan S. Slotting right in alongside the popular Z1-style Z900RS, the new 650 has styling reminiscent of the original Z650 of 1976, including the green décor (there’s also a silver/black version). Other retro cues include the flat-spoked cast wheels that are designed to look like the wire wheels of old. We’ll bring you a full test as soon as we can get our hands on the Z650RS.
