First published in 2003, Bikes & Bathurst by Jim Scaysbrook charts the history of motorcycle racing at Bathurst since 1931, beginning with the Vale Circuit and from 1938 at Mount Panorama. The original hardcover book has been long out of print and used copies get snapped up quickly when they appear, but very soon Bikes & Bathurst will be available in electronic form as an e-Book – optimised for reading on computers and tablets (not phones). Since its original publication as a book of 320 pages, many more photographs have been added, almost doubling the number in the original, and the new digital version also has revised and updated text.
