Compiling the TDFL draw has its challenges around the allocation of games for Wodonga Saints who share the Martin Park Venue with the Wodonga Bulldogs.

The Wahgunyah FNC Club who also share their home ground with the Wahgunyah Speedway and as a result have three weekends that they cannot be scheduled at home.

The Wodonga Saints will this year play two scheduled home games at Sandy Creek be against Rutherglen due to Martin Park being unavailable for these scheduled home games.

This is viewed as a positive move all-round with Wodonga Saints and their opposition getting to play on the Leagues showcase ground and the Sandy Creek ground having two more weekends of use across the season.
