EV­ERY year we hear and say the same thing: “I am too busy to do...….”

Why do we put so much pres­sure on one month of the year?

Why do we only catch up with friends/ fam­ily/ work col­leagues at this time of year?

We rush to get last minute tasks done and all of a sud­den we HAVE to have that gar­den done, or that per­gola built just be­fore Christ­mas.

This com­monly re­sults in dis­rupted sleep, poor eat­ing habits, di­ges­tive is­sues/ changes and tight mus­cles (AKA stress re­sponse!).

Here are some tips for you to im­ple­ment now and to think about for next year and avoid the rush.
