BRIDGE Road Brewers want your vote.

The brewery, like many local businesses in Beechworth and throughout the Indigo Shire, has been impacted by the lack of tourists to the area since the bushfire emergency.

And with ongoing fires blanketing the region in smoke will continue to see visitor numbers down, the brewery is hoping that it’s flagship beer - Beechworth Pale Ale - can still help shine a light on the North East region on a national stage.

Beechworth Pale Ale is in the Hottest 100 craft beer poll - Australia’s largest people’s choice beer poll.

Last year some 155,000 votes were cast on over 2500 beers, and thanks to the support of the border community, Beechworth Pale Ale polled at number five, making it Victoria’s number one rated craft beer.

The crew at the brewery, including David Jarvis pictured enjoying a Pale Ale, are hoping they can push a little harder and climb higher.

Voting closes this Friday.
