Cut two pieces of white card
1 to measure 15x17cm then score each piece at 2.5cm and
14.5cm. Die cut an 11cm-wide circle into the centre of one of the card pieces. Cover the centre panel of the other piece with tree-patterned paper.
Cut one piece of white card to
7x14cm, and another piece to
4.5x14cm. Score both pieces at
1cm and 13cm. These will become the centre panels for decorating with your festive scene.
Die cut the elements from the
Build a Scene set, using a variety of patterned papers. Use sticky foam pads to layer the elements – mountains at the back, log cabin and trees at the front – onto the larger centre panel of your card base.
Layer the smaller centre
4 panel with snow and a snowman. Attach the centre panels to the side flaps of the panel with the tree-patterned paper. Attach the front aperture panel to the other panel, to enclose your snowy scene.
Glue die-cut snowflakes onto
5 strips of acetate. Adhere the acetate behind the aperture, so the snowflakes appear to float. To finish, decorate the card front with a sentiment, sticker borders and adhesive pearls.
