How to…Be a little princess

It’s all in the detail in this paper pieced card, with florals, dress trim and a crown adding a regal touch

1 Cut 15x11.5cm of patterned paper and layer onto a slightly larger piece of yellow card. Attach to 16x12.5cm white base.

2 Cut 6x11.5cm of floral paper and layer onto a larger piece of yellow card. Attach to the card base. Attach 10x7cm of pink paper to an 11x8cm white scalloped rectangle. Add to card with sticky foam pads. 3 Stamp girl and face image and colour hair and skin. Stamp girl onto floral paper, cut out dress and paper piece onto girl. Stamp again onto orange paper, cut out dress trim and collar and attach. Add to card.

4 Stamp sentiment onto yellow paper and add detailing. Trim to 3x6.5cm and layer onto 3.5x7cm of card. Attach to base.

5 Stamp eight flowers onto different papers, highlight with white gel pen and cut out. Add to base with sticky foam pads. Stamp the crown, cut out and attach.
