Die-cutting ma­chine

Cre­ate a 10.5x14.5cm top-fold

1 blank from white card. Glue a

10.5x14cm piece of pink glit­tered heart-pat­terned pa­per to the cen­tre of the front of the card.

Next, mar­ble a 10.5x10cm

2 piece of mixed me­dia card. To do this, dab your Dis­tress Inks onto a craft mat and spritz with wa­ter. Press the card onto this mix­ture. Al­low to dry be­fore mount­ing onto a slightly larger piece of lemon card and a

10.5x12cm piece of striped pa­per. At­tach cen­trally to the card front us­ing 3D ad­he­sive.

Die cut the greet­ing from

3 aqua-coloured, star-pat­terned pa­per. At­tach in the cen­tre of the mar­bled panel with 3D foam pads. Add a nar­row strip of pink glit­tered pa­per at the top and bot­tom of the mar­bled pa­per.

Stamp the cat and a few

4 flow­ers us­ing Me­mento Ink. Colour with al­co­hol mark­ers and cut out. Ar­range as shown, shap­ing the flow­ers be­fore glu­ing them into place.

Com­plete the de­sign by

5 scat­ter­ing ad­he­sive gems and se­quins in the back­ground, and in the cen­tre of the flow­ers.

Die-cutting ma­chine

Cre­ate an 8.5x9.7cm top-fold

1 blank from white card. Place the top of the tem­plate on the spine and cut out the body. Ink the edges with Tea Dye Dis­tress Ink. Cut the head from white card, ink the edges as above and at­tach with 3D foam pads so it sits 3.5cm over the card spine.

Punch small and medium

2 cir­cles and clouds from black card and ar­range across the head and body of the cow. Trim away any ex­cess from the edges.

Cut the oval mouth and nose

3 piece from pink card, ink the edges with Tea Dye Dis­tress Ink and at­tach to the head. Place the eyes and nos­trils as shown. Fashion two ears from black card and at­tach them on each side, be­hind the head.

Cut the tail piece from the

4 tem­plate in white and black and glue to the card back. Cut two hooves from black card and glue onto the base us­ing 3D ad­he­sive.

Place a trio of flow­ers in the

5 cow’s mouth and a flow­erdec­o­rated bow in front of the left ear. Stamp the sen­ti­ment, ink the edges with Tea Dye Dis­tress Ink and at­tach be­low the head.

Top tip Use pink card and a cir­cu­lar snout to adapt into a pig!
