Create a delicate, gossamer-soft background effect by overlaying different colours of embossing powder. By stamping again in clear embossing ink you can build up a random pattern by adding one powder at a time. Add the sentiment by stamping it onto vellum and wrapping it around your card, so it doesn’t hide your beautiful background.
