Finally, attach to the front of a 19x14cm deep blue card base, using double-sided tape. Cut a strip of watercolour card slightly larger than the petal die and watercolour with the Blue Topaz and Rose Quartz Aquatint pens. Blend with a waterbrush where they meet. Using black ink, stamp your chosen sentiment onto white card and die cut or trim ends into a pennant. Die cut a few flourishes and a flower centre from white textured card. Arrange and adhere the flower to the card using strong glue. Add the sentiment using sticky foam pads. Add flourishes as desired, and a gem to the flower centre to finish.
