Any year now, EA’s going to manage to let a studio put out a Star Wars game that is actually what punters have been waiting for. We’ve almost had it a couple of times, now, but, at last Fallen Jedi might be the single-player, loot-crate-free, narrative-based Star Wars game we’ve all been waiting for.

The story’s hardly groundbreaking – you’re one of the few Jedi who appears to have survived Order 66, and while you’ve been hiding pretty well… the game’s about things going not so well. There’s action, epic locations, stirring music, and the hopes of a lot of fans riding on this game’s shoulders.

Sure, it looks like you’re basically playing a young Matt Damon, but so far? We’re intrigued.
