Dialogue is the heart of any visual novel, and it’s impressive just how much character Brianna Lei has crammed into Butterfly Soup. It’s a game about gay romance in an all-women’s baseball club, but really it’s a game about its cast, which bursts onto the screen with a vividness uncommon in, well, the majority of video games.
