Guardian loy­alty lifts

GUARDIAN Phar­macy is cel­e­brat­ing the suc­cess of its Car­ing4Com­mu­nity (C4C) in-store ini­tia­tive which has lifted cus­tomer loy­alty while rais­ing more than $4,500 do­nated to local groups.

Phar­macy par­tic­i­pa­tion in the pro­gram has dou­bled in less than twelve months.

Or­gan­i­sa­tions ben­e­fit­ing from do­na­tions in­clude Cys­tic Fi­bro­sis char­ity ‘65 roses,’ Meals on Wheels Toowoomba, Guardian An­gels, Camp Qual­ity, St Vin­cent De Paul, Mid­west Char­ity Be­gins at Home and the Delta So­ci­ety.

Guardian Phar­macy Gen­eral Man­ager Brian Tom­lin said that the pro­gram had also ex­ceeded ex­pec­ta­tions in terms of pro­vid­ing a way to in­spire teams with rel­e­vant sales tools and em­power them to proudly own the pro­gram in-phar­macy, drive sales and sup­port a good cause in the process.
