GP vax failures

NSW Health is investigating a number of GP clinics where breaches of vaccination guidelines have been identified, according to an Australian Doctor report.

An audit of surgeries across the state had identified 44 “high-risk” practices and two clinics that failed to monitor vaccine fridge temperatures at all, contravening the guidelines for storage of the vials.
