THE Therapeutic Goods Administration has approved the first generic equivalent of Bactroban (mupirocin) following an application by Medsurge Healthcare.
The new Mupirocin Nasal Ointment has the same indications as the originator brand, and is available through all wholesalers as a 5g tube.
