Diacomit listed
CHIESI Australia’s Diacomit (stiripentol) has becoming the first new treatment for seizures associated with Dravet syndrome to be listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) in more than a decade.
The drug was approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration last year, and became available through the PBS on 01 Aug.
The listing is also the first for the newly formed Chiesi Australia.
