PATY deadline

PHARMACISTS have until Fri 02 Jul to submit nominations for the Pharmacy Guild of Australia/Maxigesic Pharmacy Assistant of the Year (PATY) Award.

Pharmacy assistants (PAs) with at least two years of industry experience can also self-nominate until 16 Jul.

The national title winner will receive prizes worth $10,000, with additional awards for state winners.

Guild Queensland Branch Acting President, Chris Owen, said the award nomination process was a “great opportunity for pharmacists, pharmacy owners and other pharmacy staff to nominate an outstanding PA”.

“The nomination process is very straightforward and can be completed online very quickly,” he said.

In addition to the main award, PATY also features the Glucojel Super Star Award, for outstanding customer service.
