A MELBOURNE‐BASED individual is facing fines totalling $18,648 over alleged breaches of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, rela ng to adver sing of nico ne vaping products (NVPs) on the Vapespot website.

The TGA reported that the site had been promo ng nico ne pods containing a Schedule 4 medicine.
