USE Filters For long Exposures

“i always prefer to use filters than Photoshop,” says David, “so I still have a full set of soft and hard Lee Filters ND grads for dealing with bright skies. I also carry a Lee Big (10-stop) Stopper ND filters, for creating long exposures, even during the day. I do this when I want to emphasize movement in water by turning seas into silky smooth blur.”
