Hold your camera correctly

Use your left hand to cradle the lens or camera to support its weight, and tuck your elbows close to your sides. Press your eyebrow to the viewfinder eyecup and fire the shutter just after you breathe out, rolling your finger onto the release button rather than jabbing it.
