Put the EOS Remote app through its paces on Android or IOS devices

01 Enable Wi-fi

Use the free EOS Remote app’s Connection Guide to enable you to wirelessly connect your iphone or Android device to your Wi-fi-compatible Canon.

02 adjust settings

Use the app’s intuitive touch panels to adjust a connected camera’s aperture, increase its shutter speed or adjust ISO sensitivity, for example.

03 Rate and organise

Peruse the pictures on your Canon’s memory card, edit metadata by adding ratings to favourite files, and pop them into folders on the card.

04 import

Use the app to email JPEG versions of specific shots or download images to your smartphone and then upload them to Facebook or Twitter.
