Drive mode

-

whether you’re shooting active subjects or stationary ones, it’s worth taking pictures in short bursts with your camera set to its highspeed drive setting when you’re shooting handheld. This will improve your chances of getting at least one sharp image. Not only does it give the camera more time to lock onto a moving subject if you’re tracking it using AI Servo AF, but shots in the middle of a sequence are more likely to be sharper than those at each end. This is because it’s easy to inadvertently nudge the camera when you press and release the shutter release button.
