Why are there two options for auto white balance on the EOS 800D, which one should I use?

Brian Says… By design, Canon keep warmer tones in the shot when it appears to be lit with warm tungsten lighting. To some reviewers, this was a negative, so auto white balance with white priority was introduced to give a technically accurate, neutral white in such photos. If you like your indoor photos to look warm, use AWB, if you prefer whiter whites use AWB white.
