to Affinity and beyond!
I have recently taken up photography after a long break (30 years) and have got my first DSLR, an EOS 650D secondhand, up until then I had just used a compact for snaps. I now want to start improving my shots using a processing app.
In the past I have tried using Photoshop but have found it a bit complicated, I have now got Affinity which from what I have seen is easier. In your tutorials you cover on Photoshop, Lightroom or Canon’s own DPP – would it be possible to include Affinity? John Earl Thanks for your email, John. The vast majority of our amateur photographer readers use Photoshop, and most of these use the simplified Photoshop Elements version, so we try and cater for the majority of readers. Have you tried the more basic Photoshop Elements? It has guides built in to help beginners and you can try it for free to start off. Have a look at www.adobe.com/uk/ products/photoshop-elements. There’s a link at the bottom for the free trial. We hope this helps!
