Miles also brought out this amazing red-eyed tree frog with its vibrant colours, that were emphasized under the studio lights. The frog was very well behaved and stayed put on the rocks that were just under the water’s surface, while I worked around him trying to get the best shot, composing vertically and allowing space for his reflection in the frame. We also used a pipet to drop water gently near the frog to add ripples to the water for different shots.
