Light the Night in South Yunderup
HUNDREDS of white, blue and gold lanterns reflecting in the lake at South Yunderup’s Adventurescape on Friday were a spectacular sight.
Not only did the lanterns Light the Night, as families and friends gathered at sunset for the lantern lighting and walk, the event was also a financial success.
The Leukaemia Foundation’s 11th annual Light the Night helped raise vital funds for blood cancer research.
The lanterns were coloured white for survivors, blue for supporters and gold if walking in memory of a loved one.
